Proposals are invited for oral presentations and for workshop sessions.
Submissions may address, among other topics, issues such as school education, hands-on learning of Science, Science & Technology and scientific literacy, scientific research, Science and gender policies, work and employment, professional development and examples of community involvement.

Oral Presentations
Time slots for oral presentations
may range between 10 and 40 minutes. An abstract, of no more than 300 words,
that describes the main points and conclusions of the presentation must be
submitted by April 6, 2004. It should include a front page with the title of the
communication, authors, name of the presenting author, affiliation, desired
length of the presentation (10 to 40 minutes) and any special requests.
Workshops
Between one and two hours will be scheduled for each workshop. If you wish to propose a workshop, an abstract of no more than 500 words, summarizing the objectives, format, and content of the workshop, and explaining how the planned workshop addresses the conference theme must be submitted by April 6, 2004.
Workshop fees
Regular (includes proceedings' CD, welcome reception, lunch and coffee breaks)
150€ (200€ after May 1).
School teachers (includes proceedings' CD, welcome reception, lunch and coffee breaks)
50€ (Fees may be waived on request if a communication is to be presented)
